| In this paper, We discussed the compact pseudo-umbilical submanifolds Mn with parallel mean curvature vector in a locally symmetric Riemannian manifold Nn+p, and get some pinching theorems that Mn be an totally umbilical submanifold and reduction of the codimension. |
