      研究了一类具分布型滞量的线性中立型系统，得得到了系统零解的一致稳定性及渐近稳定性的充分条件.
英文摘要:
      In this paper, a class of linear neutral differential system with distributed delay is considered. Sufficient conditions for the zero solution of the system to be uniformly stable as well as asymptotically stable are obtained.
