Abstract:
      In this paper,the concept of weakly accessibility of a matrix is introduced.We ob-tain some basic properties of α-diagonally dominant matrices.These are used to establishsome necessary and sufficient conditions for an α-double diagonally dominant matrix to begeneralized strictly diagonally dominant.
