Abstract:
      In this paper we construct a new quantum group ${\cal U}_q(\osp(1,2,f))$, which can be seen as a generalization of ${\cal U}_q(\osp(1,2))$. A necessary and sufficient condition for the algebra ${\cal U}_q(\osp(1,2,f))$ to be a super Hopf algebra is obtained and the center $Z({\cal U}_q(\osp(1,2,f)))$ is given.
